Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our PMO team. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to organized play, identity and access management, and web properties and components. The ideal candidate will have a strong product mindset, a passion for delivering value, and a love for gaming.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with transformation leader to identify and address operational friction
- Help socialize and align new frameworks across impacted teams
- Lead implementation efforts and drive adoption of new tools and processes
- Support business applications in selecting and deploying scalable solutions
- Engage with executives and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and momentum
Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, project management, business, or similar field; Master's degree preferred
- PMP or PgMP Certification; Agile Certifications from Agile Alliance, Scrum Alliance, etc. are preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in a project management role, with a focus on managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of agile scrum methodologies and product development processes.
- Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to effectively drive, capture, and communicate value.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Business, IT, and Customer teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; actively seeking out opportunities to add business value within and outside of projects and programs.
- Flexibility and willingness to support project needs as they arise, adapting to changes in priority.
Preferred Qualifications: - Lean Six Sigma certified
- Strong business process acumen and ability to "see the forest through the trees"
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Comfortable operating at executive levels
