Duration: 2 year contract
Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
What You'll Do- Lead the facilitation of on-site Manufacturing Academy and site-specific training programs for new hires and existing employees at the Tualatin location.
- Facilitate on-site, hands-on fixtures demonstrations and training at the Tualatin location for manufacturing employees in both classroom and manufacturing floor locations.
- Work as a "support" or "secondary" instructor to reduce student to teacher ratios for classes with high interactivity to ensure learners have access to needed support (troubleshooting, extra coaching or guidance, etc.)
- Assist with setting up, maintaining, and breaking down learning spaces and communicating with the Training Coordinator to schedule sessions and to ensure classroom readiness.
- Work closely with training team members to ensure quality of courses is consistent and knowledge transfer is achieved.
- Stay current with EH&S policies to better facilitate EH&S owned courses within new hire training programs.
- Assist in tracking assignments and entering completions in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Reviewing and recommending adjustments to existing materials to enhance facilitation based on stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment in all programs in support of Lam's Core Values.
Core Technical Skills- Experience in manufacturing environments (semiconductor preferred; wet/dry deposition a plus)
- Proficiency with manufacturing systems such as SAP and other production tools
- Competence in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Windows-based systems
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Cornerstone

Education - 2+ years of technical training and or learning and development experience
- 2+ years of semiconductor or high volume manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
