Summary

Position Overview

The role functions as a Principal Technical Product Owner / Senior Business Analyst, leading the strategy, vision, and execution of complex enterprise-scale technical products and platforms.

This position serves as the bridge between engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery of scalable, sustainable, and value-driven solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, mentor other Product Owners, and provide leadership across product and engineering teams.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in Agile environments or technical product management

  • Proven experience collaborating with engineering and architecture teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in product ownership or technical product management

  • Strong exposure to enterprise-scale technical platforms

  • 5+ years of experience in airline crew pay or payroll

  • Strong knowledge of labor-contract–based payroll processing and crew operations

  • Experience with Skymetrix (Rainmaker) or ELP Crew Payment platforms (preferred)


2️⃣ Advanced Requirements & Testing Skills

  • 5+ years of requirements gathering, facilitation, and documentation

  • Define acceptance criteria
