Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or related technical discipline
  OR equivalent experience/training

• 9+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale solutions in production environments

Core Responsibilities

• Write, test, and document technical work products (code, scripts, processes) according to organizational standards

• Solve complex technical problems and build reusable components/libraries

• Deliver high-quality work and mentor junior engineers

• Conduct root cause analysis and lead resolution efforts

• Design integrated systems that support scalability, speed, and reliability

• Manage and reduce technical debt in existing systems

• Anticipate and mitigate scaling, latency, and durability challenges

• Collaborate with security teams to implement secure development practices

• Evaluate technical risks and define prevention strategies

• Improve squad delivery practices and drive process enhancements

• Identify reuse opportunities and eliminate duplication across teams

• Assess team performance and identify development opportunities

• Research emerging technologies and develop prototypes

Additional Responsibilities

• Develop and support applications using NodeJS, React, and TypeScript

• Create and maintain applications including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and performance tuning (Infight product team)

• Research and implement new technologies to improve processes, security, and performance

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Collaborate on project specifications, requirements, and estimates

• Ensure timely and in-scope project completion

• Coordinate with production operations for smooth deployments and support

• Document validation of design decisions

• Enforce policy and procedural standards within the development team

• Develop and follow coding standards and security best practices

• Participate in code reviews

• Provide on-call production support as required
