Role Name: Oracle EBS SCM techno-functional Consultant (WMS Module)

Work site: Albany NY, US (Onsite)

We are looking for a Functional SME with deep expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud WMS who can design end-to-end business process flows, particularly across Inventory, Order Management, Lot Control, Cycle Counting, and Outbound Allocation processes. The ideal candidate should possess a working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and be able to collaborate effectively in integration design and troubleshooting activities.

Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud WMS Functional-Technical Consultant

Mandatory Technical Skills

·         Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS technical and functional experience

·         Strong expertise in Oracle EBS modules: Inventory (INV), Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), and WIP/BOM — including configuration and extensions

·         Proficiency in PL/SQL development (packages, procedures, functions, triggers)

·         Experience with Oracle EBS Open Interfaces and standard APIs

·         Hands-on experience with FBDI templates and flat-file integrations

·         Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) — integration design reviews, payload validation, defect triaging, and EBS adapter support

·         Experience consuming REST/SOAP web services within EBS

Functional SME Expertise (Required)

·         Ability to serve as a Functional SME for Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud WMS implementations and enhancements

·         Strong experience in designing and documenting end-to-end EBS/WMS business process flows

·         Deep functional knowledge of:

o    Inventory Management

o    Order Management (OM)

o    Lot Number Control

o    Lot Status Management

o    Cycle Counting

o    Outbound Allocation and Fulfillment Processes

·         Thorough understanding of process integration and transaction flows between Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud WMS

·         Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to participate in integration design discussions, process mapping, troubleshooting, and solution reviews

·         Advanced OIC development skills are not mandatory; however, the resource must be able to collaborate effectively with technical integration teams

Preferred Qualifications

·         Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Oracle EBS

·         Experience supporting Oracle Cloud WMS / SCM Cloud integrations in an EBS environment

·         Exposure to GxP-regulated environments (validation protocols, IQ/OQ/PQ, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance)

·         Familiarity with Oracle WMS Cloud data model and transaction flows

Soft Skills & Engagement Requirements

·         Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Proven collaboration in multi-vendor environments

·         Ability to facilitate business workshops, gather requirements, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders

·         Willingness to work in a hybrid onsite model (Albany will be added advantage )as required for key milestones, workshops, and testing
