Role: Functional Lead - PeopleSoft Campus Solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions in a functional support or lead capacity.
Strong expertise in Student Records, Advising, and Admissions modules.
Proven experience handling advanced (L2/L3) functional support, issue resolution, and production troubleshooting.
In-depth knowledge of system configuration, academic processes, and compliance standards within higher education.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex scenarios and recommend effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and lead functional initiatives.
Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Broad exposure to multiple PeopleSoft Campus Solutions academic modules
Experience supporting university or higher education institutions
Background in training delivery and change management
Familiarity with system upgrades and regulatory-driven enhancements
