Remote Sr. ERP Financial Systems Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Remote Sr. ERP Financial Systems Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and support finance transformation, system implementation, and process improvement initiatives
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining project plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
* Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure teams remain aligned with project goals and timelines
* Manage implementation activities from planning through testing, training, deployment, and post-launch support
* Evaluate existing finance processes to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, efficiency, and stronger controls
* Develop dashboards, status reports, and leadership updates to communicate project progress and readiness
* Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating concerns when appropriate
* Support change management, stakeholder communications, training, and adoption activities
* Partner with business and technology stakeholders to resolve challenges and drive projects to successful completion
* Promote continuous improvement and sustainable processes across finance operations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
* 5+ years of project management, transformation, systems implementation, or related consulting experience
* Experience managing projects through the full implementation lifecycle
* Experience supporting process improvement, automation, or operational transformation initiatives
* Experience coordinating testing, training, deployment, and change management activities
* Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and general business processes
* Strong project planning, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and develop practical solutions
* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies
* Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
* Professional project management certification is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
