Salesforce Technical Lead/Salesforce Technical Architect (Agentforce & AI)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Tech Lead with a strong passion for artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and innovation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Salesforce development and architecture, combined with a strong interest in exploring AI frameworks, tools, and models to build intelligent, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

This role will lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced Salesforce solutions with integrated AI capabilities.
• Explore, evaluate, and implement AI frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Provide hands-on Salesforce development and conduct code reviews to ensure scalability, maintainability, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Lead and mentor development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, AI-enabled technical solutions.
• Stay current with Salesforce AI capabilities, including Einstein AI, Agentforce, and other emerging Salesforce technologies.
• Identify and champion opportunities to leverage AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, intelligent workflows, and conversational capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and determine their applicability to enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure solution quality through comprehensive testing, documentation, code quality standards, and established governance practices.
• Support technical strategy, architecture decisions, and the continuous improvement of Salesforce development practices.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and Salesforce customization.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Tech Lead responsible for technical delivery, architecture, and mentoring development teams.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, integrations, and enterprise design patterns.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts, frameworks, and technologies, with demonstrated interest in applying AI to enterprise applications.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable and intelligent technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect are preferred.

Desired Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML technologies, Python, data science, or machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, prompt engineering, generative AI, or AI model integration.
• Understanding of AI agents, LLMs, APIs, and intelligent automation.
• Experience with Salesforce automation tools and enterprise integration platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, source control, automated testing, and deployment practices.
• Experience evaluating emerging technologies and translating them into practical enterprise solutions.
• Strong passion for innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous technical learning.
