IT Business Analyst II

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months

Role Overview

This contract role supports the Consumer Technology Communications and Engagement team. The position contributes to the delivery of engagement initiatives by supporting planning, content development, event execution, and measurement efforts. The contractor will follow established models and standards to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employee engagement leads in the execution of engagement action plans.
  • Draft and edit articles, blogs, and forums for the organization's virtual community.
  • Assist with collecting and organizing metrics such as event attendance and survey results.
  • Help translate complex content into clear, employee-friendly language.
  • Provide resource materials support, including updating content.
  • Coordinate logistics and executional details for meetings and events.
  • Support stakeholder collaboration by gathering feedback and tracking approvals.
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including calendar and mailbox management.
  • Pull, update, and distribute standard reports for engagement leads.
  • Maintain and update distribution groups and communication channels.
Required Qualifications
  • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit content for employee audiences.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when coordinating logistics and maintaining materials.
  • Ability to follow established processes, guidance, and standards.
  • Experience supporting administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling and report pulling.
  • Ability to collect, organize, and summarize data and metrics.
  • Collaboration skills and a service-oriented approach when working with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior employee engagement experience.
  • Prior writing experience.
  • Experience with WebEx or Microsoft Teams hosting and video recording.
  • Technology or financial services experience.
Work Environment

This position requires a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite, beginning on day one.
