Job Description


We are seeking an IT Business Analyst II to support the Consumer Technology Comms & Engagement team within Consumer Technology Business Operations & Portfolio Governance. The role will support planning, content development, event execution, and measurement activities led by senior engagement partners. The analyst will follow established engagement models, standards, and timelines to deliver accurate, on-schedule work, collaborating with engagement leads to produce high-quality communications, materials, and events, while escalating risks, issues, and improvement opportunities as needed.


Responsibilities:



  • Support employee engagement leads in executing engagement action plans.

  • Draft and edit articles, blogs, and forums to contribute to the virtual community.

  • Collect and organize metrics such as event attendance, survey results, and employee feedback.

  • Translate complex content into clear, employee-friendly language using provided guidance.

  • Maintain resource materials by updating content and keeping materials current.

  • Coordinate logistics and execution details for meetings and events, tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

  • Support stakeholder collaboration by gathering feedback, incorporating edits, and tracking approvals.

  • Identify and suggest process improvements or efficiencies for engagement leads to consider.

  • Provide administrative and operational support, including collateral distribution, calendar coordination, and shared mailbox management.

  • Pull, update, and distribute standard reports to support engagement reporting across the organization.

  • Maintain and update distribution groups, mailing lists, and shared communication channels to ensure accurate and timely information flow.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting, editing, and refining employee-facing content.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy when coordinating logistics, maintaining materials, and updating distribution lists.

  • Ability to follow established processes, guidance, and standards while incorporating feedback efficiently.

  • Comfort with administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, calendar coordination, report pulling, and mailbox management.

  • Ability to collect, organize, and summarize data and metrics for reporting needs.

  • Strong collaboration skills and a professional, service-oriented approach with stakeholders at varying levels.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight turnarounds.


Preferred Skills:



  • Prior employee engagement experience.

  • Prior writing experience for internal communications.

  • Experience with WebEx or Microsoft Teams hosting and video recording.

  • Background in technology or financial services.


Engagement Details & Logistics



  • Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite. Onsite day 1.

  • Target start date in May.

  • Approved location: Charlotte, NC.

  • Glider assessment with ID verification may be required.
