Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior/Principal Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), and Inventory Management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions in complex manufacturing environments.
This role requires a hands-on functional consultant who can work closely with business stakeholders, operations leaders, supply chain teams, and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable Oracle Fusion SCM solutions that optimize manufacturing, warehouse, and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle Fusion SCM Implementation & Configuration

Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.

Configure and optimize Oracle Fusion Manufacturing, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management modules.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion solutions.

Drive solution design workshops and functional requirement gathering sessions.
Manufacturing Process Optimization

Design and implement manufacturing solutions supporting production planning, work orders, shop floor execution, and material transactions.

Optimize manufacturing processes to improve operational efficiency and supply chain performance.

Support production lifecycle management and manufacturing execution processes.
Warehouse Management & Inventory Management

Configure warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory tracking.

Implement inventory control processes to improve inventory accuracy and visibility.

Support warehouse optimization initiatives and inventory reconciliation activities.

Design inventory replenishment, stocking strategies, and material movement processes.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement

Partner with business users, supply chain leaders, warehouse managers, and manufacturing teams to understand operational requirements.

Facilitate workshops, gap analysis sessions, and process improvement initiatives.

Provide functional leadership and recommendations aligned with industry best practices.
Testing & Deployment

Develop functional specifications and solution documentation.

Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.

Assist with data migration, validation, and post-production support.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Oracle technical teams, integration teams, and project stakeholders.

Support integrations with Procurement, Order Management, Cost Management, Planning, and Logistics modules.

Provide knowledge transfer and user training to business teams.
