Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Developer who pairs deep technical expertise with modern, AI-augmented engineering workflows. This role is designed for a developer who thrives on building scalable enterprise applications in the .NET/Azure stack while actively leveraging Cursor and agentic workflows to accelerate the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain applications using Angular 14+ and .NET 6/8+, ensuring seamless integration with legacy .NET Framework 4.8 environments.
• AI-Driven Engineering: Utilize Cursor as the primary IDE to enhance productivity, utilizing its "Composer" and "Chat" features for rapid prototyping and codebase navigation.
• Agentic Orchestration: Create and maintain custom AI agents (via .cursorrules or internal scripts) to automate code reviews, generate boilerplate for SPFx components, and map logic between legacy systems and modern architectures.
• M365 & Automation: Develop modern SharePoint experiences using SPFx (v1.15+) and streamline business processes with Power Automate.
• Cloud Operations: Architect and deploy robust services on Azure, ensuring high availability and security.

Technical Qualifications

• Cursor IDE: Mastery of Cursor, including advanced use of codebase indexing, @-symbols for context-aware coding, and "Composer" for multi-file edits.
• Agentic Development: Proven experience creating and tuning agents within Cursor or via LLM orchestration to handle domain-specific engineering tasks.
• Prompt Engineering: Ability to write precise technical prompts to solve complex architectural problems and debug cross-platform integration issues.

• C#/.NET: 7+ years of experience. Proficiency in .NET 6/8+ (Core) and .NET Framework 4.6.2 - 4.8.
• Azure: Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Version Control: Expert-level Git (Gitflow, rebasing, and managing AI-generated commits).

• Angular: Proficiency in Angular 14+, TypeScript, and modern state management.
• Microsoft 365: Expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Automate for enterprise-grade workflow automation.

Soft Skills

• Adaptive Learner: Stays ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving AI-assisted coding landscape.
• Strategic Architect: Able to discern when to use AI-generated code and when to apply manual, high-precision engineering.
• Efficiency Mindset: Focuses on reducing "time-to-ship" by building reusable agents and templates for the engineering team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating Microsoft Graph API or Azure OpenAI services.
• Knowledge of building custom GPTs or agents for specific developer documentation.

Background in Salesforce or nCino integration (a plus for multi-platform environments).
