Full Stack .Net Developer w/ AI/ML

Must have:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET (C#), Angular, and/or React

• Strong backend development experience with .NET / C#, including API and service-oriented architecture

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join a forward-thinking engineering team focused on building scalable, high-performance applications in a modern, AI-first development environment. This role requires a strong balance of front-end expertise (Angular/React) and backend engineering (.NET, database scalability), with an emphasis on delivering intuitive user experiences and resilient distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using .NET (C#), Angular, and/or React
• Lead development of rich, responsive front-end experiences, with a focus on Angular and modern UI architecture
• Build and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and data layers with a focus on performance and database scalability
• Contribute to an AI-first engineering culture, leveraging AI-assisted development tools, intelligent test generation, and LLM-driven quality analysis
• Architect and enhance automation frameworks, incorporating AI-powered capabilities such as self-healing tests and predictive failure analysis
• Ensure high-quality code through unit, integration, API, UI, and performance testing strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business and product goals
• Serve as a technical leader in design and architecture discussions, ensuring scalability, testability, and maintainability
• Drive adoption of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployment strategies
• Evaluate and implement emerging tools, frameworks, and AI technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8–12 years of software engineering experience with a strong focus on full stack development
• Strong backend development experience with .NET / C#, including API and service-oriented architecture
• Strong frontend experience with Angular (preferred) and/or React, with emphasis on UI performance and usability
• Experience with database design and scaling (SQL Server, NoSQL, or similar technologies)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks across multiple layers
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI/ML tools into development workflows (e.g., AI-assisted coding, test generation, or LLM-based analysis)
• Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments
• Experience leading or contributing to multiple high-impact engineering initiatives simultaneously
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture patterns, microservices, and distributed systems
