Job Title: Brand Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team, helping to shape and drive the development of product offerings for a global consumer base. Responsibilities:
- Enable the creation, management, and execution of seasonal product assortments, supporting merchandising teams in identifying market opportunities.
- Maintain detailed oversight and communication of all relevant merchandising tools and systems to ensure alignment across cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, product creation, and insights & analytics to support business strategies and consumer needs.
- Assist in sample management and support merchandising planners, ensuring timely updates and coordination of presentation and planning materials.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, or a mix of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in merchandising, retail, buying, or related product management fields.
- Demonstrated competency in analyzing consumer and marketplace trends, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines collaboratively.
- Experience working in retail customer service at a managerial or higher level, with strong communication and attention to detail.
