Production Artist

Robert Half is partnering with a marketing agency in Austin, Texas to hire a Production Artist. This role involves producing high-quality print and digital materials in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of preparing files for print and possess expertise in industry-standard design tools.
Responsibilities:
Create and prepare design files for print production, ensuring all specifications are met.
Develop visually appealing digital and print materials aligned with project goals.
Collaborate with team members to meet tight deadlines and manage high-volume workloads.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all design outputs while adhering to brand guidelines.
Optimize designs for both print and digital formats, maintaining quality standards.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to execute design tasks.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges related to production workflows.
Maintain organized and accessible file structures for seamless project management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in print and digital production.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure design accuracy.
Solid understanding of digital design principles and optimization techniques.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving production-related issues.
