Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration: Deploy, configure, and customize Ivanti products (e.g., Service Manager, Neurons, UWM) for various IT needs (Incident, Problem, Change, Security).
Workflow Design: Create and optimize ITIL-compliant workflows, dashboards, and forms.
Integration: Develop API integrations with other core systems.
Customization: Build custom solutions using scripting and configuration.
Support & Troubleshooting: Provide functional and technical support, perform in-depth analysis, and resolve complex issues.
Documentation: Create detailed documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices.
Training: Conduct knowledge transfer and user training for clients and internal staff.
Consultation: Gather requirements, analyze client needs, and provide technical guidance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Ivanti platforms, ITSM, endpoint management, security, and automation.
ITIL: Strong understanding of ITIL principles and processes.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide training.
Development: Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and API integrations
