Required Skills and Experience

Around 6-7 years of experience on Manhattan's iSeries WMS product PKMS.

Must have worked with several client's providing Manhattan iSeries support, gathering requirements and designing solutions using the product

Ability to multi-task and manage client expectations

Testing and debugging skills along with design, analytical, and research skills are a must

Excellent communication skills are a must along with ability to work across multiple divisions including Asia and Europe

Tasks most likely to be assigned:

Work on support activities and small projects

Assist in driving Order Management and Warehouse solutions

Provide input into future WMS system design

Direct KT and KM activities in the team and drive continuous training

Document WMS system processes

Helpful knowledge/exposure:

Outbound shipping processes from DCs

Inter-DC shipment processes

Inbound to DC processes

Internal Warehouse operations

EDI/XML/Data Integrations

Warehouse metrics and reporting
