Job Description: We are seeking an entry-level Data Center Operations Technician to support inventory, logistics, and material handling activities in a high-volume data center environment. This role focuses on shipping and receiving, inventory management, and operational support while following established processes, procedures, and compliance standards.
The technician will work independently on assigned tasks, escalate issues when necessary, and leverage process knowledge and best judgment to complete work efficiently without direct supervision.
Role Responsibilities: - Perform assigned operational tasks and escalate issues during high-volume or escalation-based situations.
- Coordinate, prepare, and execute incoming and outgoing deliveries, including purchase order (PO) receiving and Rack Movement Supervisor (RMS) activities.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and material movement in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure accurate physical inventory tracking, staging, and documentation.
- Conduct inventory cycle audits, data corrections, and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Support data center regulatory compliance and certification control audits.
- Perform break/fix support and update tickets within the designated ticketing system.
- Execute destruction of data-bearing devices (DBDs) following all documented procedures and runbooks.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory and staging areas.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
