Software Developer

Description

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in full-stack development to join our team in Fridley, Minnesota. This role involves designing and maintaining both front-end user interfaces and back-end systems, ensuring seamless functionality and user experiences. As a Contract to permanent position, this opportunity offers a pathway for long-term collaboration within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust back-end systems, including database management and API integration.
Create and optimize front-end user interfaces to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Document software processes, workflows, and systems to improve clarity and future usability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement software solutions that align with business needs.
Utilize expertise in ASP.NET and .NET frameworks to develop scalable and efficient applications.
Manage and enhance APIs to ensure reliable data exchange across platforms.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging to resolve software issues promptly.
Apply knowledge of Microsoft SQL to maintain and optimize database performance.
Support system operations by integrating software tools and features as required.
Contribute to software development projects with attention to detail and quality assurance.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
Proficiency in back-end development, including database and API management.
Strong skills in ASP.NET, .NET frameworks, and Microsoft SQL.
Experience with front-end technologies such as CSS to create effective user interfaces.
Ability to produce detailed and clear documentation for processes and systems.
Familiarity with LabVIEW is a plus but not mandatory.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
