Summary Strategic owner of the OneStream platform, bridging Finance and Technology to support financial close, consolidation, planning, and reporting at enterprise scale.
Core Responsibilities
Own the OneStream roadmap and serve as primary functional/technical lead
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles — consolidations, eliminations, currency translation, intercompany processing
Design and oversee models, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports
Manage integrations with ERP, GL, Planning, and Data Warehouse systems
Ensure SOX, audit, and regulatory compliance; own platform security and controls
Mentor developers, analysts, and administrators; set development standards
Own Tier 3 support and drive continuous improvement in close efficiency and data quality
Requirements
Bachelor''s in Finance, Accounting, or IS (or equivalent)
8+ years in finance systems/EPM; 5+ years hands-on OneStream
Strong grasp of financial close, consolidation, and accounting principles
Nice to Have: OneStream certification, ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday), SOX/audit background, EPM implementation leadershipYou''ll be measured on: Close cycle
