Pay Range: CAD$50 - CAD$60 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, and maintain Honeywell Experion PKS/TDC and Emerson DeltaV control systems.
- Develop and modify control strategies, graphics, alarms, historian configurations, and operator interfaces.
- Perform DCS migrations, upgrades, and system integration activities.
- Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, startup, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot process control and automation issues and provide technical solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional design specifications and control narratives.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with site safety and industry standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor''s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in industrial automation and process control environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion PKS, TDC3000, or Honeywell DCS platforms.
- Strong hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS configuration and support.
- Experience with commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting of control systems.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as OPC, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, and Profibus.
- Ability to work independently and interface with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Mining, Potash, Chemical Processing, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industrial facilities.
- Previous project experience in Saskatchewan or Western Canada.
- Honeywell and/or Emerson DeltaV certifications.
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, and historian platforms.
