Description
The IT Support Partner provides advanced technical support and operational leadership for the Tyler, Texas campus. This role serves as the primary daytime technical resource, supporting end-user computing, infrastructure initiatives, system deployments, and IT operational readiness across a high-volume manufacturing environment.
The ITSP is responsible for escalated troubleshooting, frontline support leadership, and managing technical processes such as device imaging, software updates, license administration, and asset tracking through ServiceNow. In addition to daily support duties, this role plays a key part in technical project work, including new construction technology readiness, network infrastructure coordination, and equipment lifecycle planning.
This position demands strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, facilities, and corporate IT. A formal degree is not required-equivalent IT experience or military technical experience is highly valued.

Manage software installs, updates, patches, and license tracking via ServiceNow
Maintain accurate asset records and assist with inventory lifecycle management
Support and help lead technology components of construction, expansion, or infrastructure projects
Coordinate with network, engineering, and facility teams to ensure technology readiness
Document all work thoroughly in ServiceNow, following ITIL-aligned processes
Mentor and support second-shift IT staff as needed
Ensure technology standards and security policies are followed across the campus

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
