Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong experience in Oracle Retail Sales Audit.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising / MFCS.
  • Strong Retail Domain experience.
  • Experience in Client Interfacing and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in Oracle Retail application support and service delivery.
  • Knowledge of incident management, enhancements, service requests, and SLA management.
  • Experience coordinating with offshore AMS/support teams.
  • Strong business requirement gathering and communication skills.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle Retail application support and service delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact between business stakeholders, IT teams, and offshore support teams.
