Job Description

Looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Technology Lead with 8–10 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising and Sales Audit. Must have strong expertise in Oracle Retail MFCS, application support, incident management, and client interfacing. Responsible for coordinating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and offshore support teams to manage incidents, enhancements, and service requests while ensuring SLA compliance.
