Position: Financial Business Systems Analyst - ERP Systems Analyst
Location: Onsite - Colwich, KS
Salary: $95,000 - $125,000 base annual salary + excellent benefits

What You'll Do
Spend 75% of your time on ERP project work; 25% on break/fix.
Support D365 F& O across accounting, financial reporting, integrations, and new business units.
Troubleshoot system issues, take user calls, and resolve tickets.
Map business processes, document requirements, and create end-to-end workflows.
Conduct data analysis and support financial systems decision-making.
Partner directly with end users, QA, and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to future CRM modernization (Microsoft Customer Engagement planned for 2027).
What You Bring
7+ years in IT systems/business analysis or systems analysis.
3+ years focused on ERP, financial systems, or financial reporting
OR
4 years as an IT BSA + 3 years accounting experience within an ERP.
Strong knowledge of:
D365 F& O (most critical)
SQL
Azure DevOps
Excel (advanced) and Visio
Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Power BI/Power Platform, Planner, Fabric
Experience leading requirements sessions, process mapping, and full documentation (user guides ? technical docs).
Ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users and explain systems in plain language.
Preferred:
Helpdesk experience
PMP or CPA
Spanish language skills
