Finance Transformation - Anaplan Solutions Architect, Senior Manager

A leading global professional services and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Manager to join its Finance Transformation practice, specializing in Anaplan solution architecture.

The Role

You will work directly with C-suite finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers) to modernize and optimize core finance functions, including planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics. This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for architecting Anaplan solutions that translate directly into measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design and implementation of Anaplan solutions across FP&A, consolidation, and reporting workstreams
Partner with senior executives to align finance transformation initiatives with broader business strategy
Own complex financial data analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
Oversee integration of financial management software to improve operational performance
Drive process optimization initiatives targeting cost reduction and efficiency gains
Lead and develop high-performing, cross-border project teams
Serve as primary client relationship owner, managing expectations and delivery across engagements
Navigate multi-jurisdictional finance transformation projects with diverse stakeholder groups

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 6 years of hands-on Anaplan implementation experience

Differentiators

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Risk Management/Insurance
Advanced Anaplan solutions architecture expertise (Master Anaplanner certification a strong plus)
Track record leading cross-functional finance transformation engagements
Strong data visualization and executive-level advisory skills
Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
