Finance Transformation - Anaplan Consultant, Senior Associate

A leading global professional services and consulting firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Finance Transformation practice, working on Anaplan-driven finance solutions.

The Role

You will work alongside finance leaders (CFOs, Controllers, Treasurers) to improve financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering analytical insight and hands-on Anaplan implementation, with growing responsibility for workstream management and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with finance leaders to optimize financial planning and reporting processes
Build and implement enterprise performance management solutions using Anaplan
Conduct complex data analysis to deliver actionable business insights
Support alignment of financial systems and processes to improve decision-making
Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives
Mine financial data to identify trends and cost-reduction opportunities
Build and maintain data visualization tools for financial reporting
Review and validate financial statements for accuracy
Mentor junior team members on financial management and analysis techniques

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Differentiators

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Risk Management/Insurance
Proficiency in Anaplan and financial modeling
Strong data visualization and financial forecasting skills
Experience developing and optimizing financial planning and budgeting processes
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Strong client communication and relationship-building skills

Travel: Up to 60%
