Job Title: AI / Agentic Delivery & Account Growth Leader

Job Overview

We are looking for a senior delivery and account leader to drive AI / Agentic transformation programs across key US clients. This role will act as the onsite face of delivery, ensuring high-quality execution while driving account growth, client engagement, and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI / Agentic transformation programs across assigned accounts
Ensure delivery excellence through governance, risk management, and quality standards
Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution
Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and supporting account mining
Partner with sales teams to shape AI/GenAI-led solutions aligned with client needs
Act as a trusted advisor to clients and build strong CXO-level relationships
Represent delivery in client reviews, escalations, and strategic discussions
Contribute to revenue growth, margin improvement, and account profitability
Support development of AI/Agentic frameworks, playbooks, and reusable assets
Mentor teams and build AI-led delivery capabilities

Required Skills & Experience

15+ years in technology services / consulting / delivery leadership
Strong experience in US client delivery and stakeholder management
Proven track record in account growth / farming / client engagement
Exposure to AI / GenAI / Agentic delivery models
Strong communication, leadership, and consultative skills
Ability to work across delivery, sales, and client strategy

Preferred

Experience in AI-led digital transformation programs
Exposure to enterprise AI adoption and scaling initiatives
Experience working with global delivery teams
