Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Leader (Strategic Hunter) to drive net-new business acquisition in the US market. This role is focused on building a strong pipeline, winning new logos, and closing large, complex deals in the product engineering and AI-led digital engineering space.

Key Responsibilities

Drive net-new logo acquisition (primary focus) in ISV and product engineering space
Build and own a self-generated pipeline through CXO connects, events, and market outreach
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Close multi-million ($3M+ TCV), multi-year deals
Expand self-originated accounts through cross-sell and multi-tower opportunities
Manage and grow select strategic accounts
Engage with CXOs (CTO, CPO, VP Engineering) for consultative selling
Position solutions in product engineering, platform engineering, and AI-led transformation
Drive AI-first / GenAI-led sales conversations with clients
Collaborate with presales, marketing, and delivery teams to win deals

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in enterprise sales & new logo acquisition (hunter profile)
Strong network in ISV / SaaS ecosystem
Track record of closing $3M+ deals
Experience in product engineering / digital engineering sales
Strong exposure to US market and global stakeholders
Ability to create self-driven pipeline and win deals independently
Good understanding of AI / GenAI / Cloud / Digital technologies

Preferred

Experience with PE-backed ISVs or high-growth tech companies
Strong event-driven pipeline generation experience
Exposure to AI-led digital transformation deals
