Oracle Field Service Consultant

Location: Wauwatosa, WI - onsite

Duration: 6 months

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Consultant to lead the configuration and design of our OFS implementation integrated with Siebel CRM.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in OFS configuration, routing optimization, field service management best practices, and strong understanding of Siebel CRM architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end Oracle Field Service solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Configure OFS core functionality including resource management, capacity planning, routing, and scheduling.
• Design and implement activity types, work skills, resource types, and service windows
• Configure routing plans, time slots, and optimization strategies.
• Design and implement business rules, forms, and plugins within OFS.
• Create and maintain OFS data models and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with Siebel CRM team to ensure seamless integration architecture.
• Define data synchronization requirements between OFS and Siebel modules.
• Define security roles, user permissions, and access controls.
• Collaborate with integration team to define data exchange requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and best practices guidance to the project team.
• Troubleshoot complex configuration issues and optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud configuration
• Strong understanding of Siebel CRM architecture, data model, and field service modules (Service, Activities, Accounts, Contacts)
• Knowledge of Siebel business processes including service request management, activity planning, and resource scheduling
• Strong expertise in OFS routing and optimization engines
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting
• Experience with OFS Core Manage, Mobility, and Collaborate applications
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Understanding of field service business processes and industry best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Field Service certification
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Field Service or Service module configuration
• Experience with OFS plugin development (JavaScript)
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware
• Experience in previous OFS-Siebel integration projects
• Understanding of Siebel Tools and repository
