84 months experience in creating technical designs and deploying applications in IBM WebSphere Portal 6.1 or higher, WebSphere Application servers 6.0 or higher using JAVA Development Kit (JDK 1.8 or higher).

84 months experience planning, designing, implementing and integrating systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or initiatives related to Offender Supervision).

60 months experience in developing application using JBOSS Drools Rule framework.

60 months experience in identifying and resolving application performance issues.

48 months experience in architecting, designing, and developing solutions using Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana.
