Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Java Full Stack Developer with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) expertise to support the development and enhancement of enterprise account opening applications within a corporate trust environment. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting business-critical applications while working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack Java development experience, a solid understanding of workflow automation using IBM BAW, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Java full-stack technologies and IBM BAW.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and implement user stories within Agile development cycles.
- Build and maintain workflow solutions and business process automation capabilities using IBM BAW.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and system integration activities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and performance issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and support materials.
- Support application deployments and production environments as needed.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate functionality and ensure software quality.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with Java full-stack development.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Experience developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with financial services, trust, or account management applications.
- Familiarity with workflow automation and business process management solutions.
- Experience integrating applications across multiple enterprise platforms.
Interview Process
- 1-2 video interview rounds.
- Technical interview with detailed discussion of development experience, architecture, and IBM BAW expertise.
