We are looking for a Workday HCM Business Analyst with strong functional and configuration experience to support global HR processes in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Workday HCM subject matter expert for HR business processes and system configuration.
- Support continuous improvement and automation to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and enhance data accuracy.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams across regions to understand requirements and ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
- Support Workday processes for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Ensure data and system accuracy across Workday modules and integrated systems.
- Identify and resolve data issues, configuration gaps, and process dependencies.
- Support global Workday configuration needs while ensuring compliance with regional requirements.
