Industrial Outside Sales

We are seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative with industrial sales experience to develop new business and manage existing accounts within assigned territories. The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions, thrives in a field-based environment, and is skilled at building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within industrial sectors (manufacturing, construction, energy, distribution, etc.).
• Manage and grow an assigned territory through regular in-person customer visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with plant managers, engineers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial, construction, energy, manufacturing etc.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and territory planning abilities.
