Position OverviewInternational Motors is building a next-generation digital ecosystem powered by Palantir Foundry to enable more proactive, data-driven operations. We are seeking a
Senior Palantir Engineer Lead to play a critical role in defining architecture, leading technical strategy, and driving scalable platform development.
This role sits within a high-impact development unit of ~20 professionals and will serve as a key technical leader across multiple teams building on top of Foundry.
Responsibilities- Define and own system architecture for applications built within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem
- Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and sustainable platform solutions
- Drive technical decision-making and establish engineering standards across teams
- Architect and deliver integrated tools that support daily operations, customer outreach, offer management, and scheduling
- Guide development of solutions using Foundry, Marketplace, OSDK, and custom applications
- Lead the adoption and implementation of Foundry AI capabilities (AIP, LLMs)
- Partner with product, UX, and engineering leaders to align technical strategy with business goals
- Mentor and guide engineers, acting as a technical authority and thought leader
What We're Looking For- Deep expertise in Palantir Foundry, including architecture and large-scale implementations
- Strong experience with Marketplace, OSDK, and building complex Foundry applications
- Proven ability to define architecture and lead technical strategy across multiple teams
- Experience building scalable, enterprise-grade platforms
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, particularly Foundry AIP and LLM integrations
- Demonstrated ability to influence, lead, and drive outcomes in complex environments
- Highly proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience

- Master's degree and at least 5 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
OR
- At least 12 years of Information Technology or IT architecture experience
- At least 2 years of lead experience
