Role : SRE DevOps Engineer

STAFFXPERT is looking for an experienced SRE DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux infrastructure, automation, and cloud/hybrid environments. Candidate should have excellent troubleshooting, communication, and production support experience with a strong DevOps/SRE background.
Job Description/ Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Deploy, manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads
• Support Linux-based infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments
• Collaborate with Development and SRE teams for build, release, deployment, and operational activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes platforms, and infrastructure services
• Implement and promote DevOps best practices, security standards, and system performance optimization
• Develop automation workflows, operational tooling, and infrastructure orchestration solutions
• Support monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability platforms for proactive operations management
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and runbooks
Required Experience:
• 10+ years of overall IT experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster deployment, management, scaling, and troubleshooting
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools
• Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting experience
• Experience supporting on-premises, hybrid, and cloud-based infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting, and orchestration tools
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability platforms
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and production support activities
• Strong understanding of DevOps best practices, system reliability, and security standards
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
