Overview
We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on Data & Analytics and Applied AI professional to drive automation across healthcare revenue cycle data and analytics. This role partners closely with business and technology leadership to build scalable data and AI capabilities, with a strong focus on agentic AI enablement and operational impact.
Key Responsibilities
Drive automation across data ingestion, modeling, analytics, and applied AI
Design and implement scalable data and AI architectures supporting RCM workflows
Partner with leadership to ensure analytics and AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes
Build and operationalize agentic AI frameworks, orchestration patterns, and reusable components
Establish guardrails for explainability, governance, and human‑in‑the‑loop controls
Remain hands‑on with AI development, prototyping, and solution delivery
Required Qualifications
Senior‑level experience in data, analytics, and applied AI roles
Direct, hands‑on experience with healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Strong Python skills and experience building production‑grade AI systems
Experience designing or implementing agentic AI workflows and automation patterns
Ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated environments
Nice to Have
Experience with semantic layers, knowledge graphs, or ontology‑driven systems
Background enabling AI capabilities for internal teams
Experience balancing innovation with governance in healthcare or financial services
