• $60/hr on W2

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI Technical Lead to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, architecture ownership, and leadership, along with active involvement in development, model training, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design and development of AI/ML solutions (LLMs, NLP, Predictive Models)

• Define scalable architecture for AI platforms and data pipelines

• Establish best practices for coding, testing, and deployment

Hands-on Development:

• Build (nice to have), train (mandatory), fine-tune, and deploy ML and Generative AI models

• Work with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools

• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and APIs

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in AI/ML, including LLMs, NLP, and predictive modeling

• Hands-on experience with model training and fine-tuning (mandatory)

• Proficiency in Python and/or Java

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

• Strong system design and architecture skills
