What You ll Do
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email
Deliver polished, professional written and verbal communication
Draft clear, concise, and solution-focused email correspondence
Accurately document customer interactions in ServiceNow
Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Work independently while contributing positively to a small group dynamic
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure consistent service standards
Requesting:
Call center experience
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written communication and professional email drafting ability
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a small team environment
Strong typing skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
ServiceNow experience (preferred)
Technically savvy and quick to learn new systems
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Adaptable, dependable, and self-motivated
