Summary

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead global infrastructure operations, engineering, and support teams.

· Own enterprise infrastructure platforms including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Exchange Online

· Oversee server, cloud, endpoint management, identity, messaging, and infrastructure services.

· Manage infrastructure projects, upgrades, capacity planning, and technology roadmaps.

· Coordinate infrastructure support provided by LTM and other service providers.

· Ensure operational stability, security, resilience, and compliance of infrastructure services.

· Provide technical leadership, escalation management, and vendor coordination for critical infrastructure issues.

Note: Client preferred profiles with certifications especially (ITIL 4 Foundation, PMP, Azure Cloud -104), Experience managing MSPs/Vendors (such as LTM), Experience managing Exchange Online, Cure, Identity, End User Computing, and Server Platforms.
