What you will doAs a Senior Principal Intelligence Analyst, you'll play a critical role in refining and enhancing the GALE application to better serve the intelligence community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tool Refinement: Evaluate and refine outputs of GALE autocorrection tools, providing feedback to developers on workflows and functionality.
- Collaboration with Developers: Assist developers in understanding user requests and analytics needs to improve tool capabilities.
- Training Support: Work with GALE training specialists to refine training procedures and occasionally assist with user training sessions.
- Software Testing: Test new software features to ensure analytic viability and provide actionable feedback.
- Analytic Product Creation: Develop analytic products to support the enterprise and enhance mission success.
What you need to have- Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- Education and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or at least 12 years of experience in place of a degree, are required.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong ELINT background and deep experience with various SIGINT datasets.
- If predominantly ELINT-focused, SIGE2810 certification is required.
- Communication Skills: Comfort with public speaking to assist in training GALE users on tool capabilities.
- Mission-Driven Mindset: A passion for enabling user analysts to improve their production through better tools and processes.
What we'd like you to have- SIGE3120 and/or SIGE3810 certification.
- GALE Expertise: Experience with or first hand exposure to the GALE application.
- Customer Knowledge: Deep understanding of Department of War and/or Intelligence Community customers.
