Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Informatica MDM Engineer to support and enhance an existing Global MDM platform. This role will focus on hands-on development, production support, and implementation of new data sources and regional rollouts under the guidance of the MDM Technical Lead.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide hands-on production support and enhancements for Informatica MDM
· Assist with understanding and maintaining the existing MDM data model, workflows, and integrations
· Implement enhancements including onboarding of non-Salesforce customer data
· Support development involving Risk and related data integrations
· Develop and support country-specific customizations and global rollouts
· Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and participate in defect resolution and performance tuning
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM
· Strong experience in MDM production support and enhancement projects
· Good understanding of data integration, ETL, and enterprise data platforms
· Exposure to Salesforce-integrated MDM solutions is a plus
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
