Job Title: Informatica MDM Technical Lead / SME
Location: 100% remote, EST Time Zone
Candidate has to be on W2. No C2C allowed.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica MDM Technical Lead / SME to take ownership of an existing Global Master Data Management (MDM) platform.

Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end production support and maintenance of an existing Informatica MDM implementation.
· Lead knowledge transition and take over solution ownership
· Act as the primary technical SME for Informatica MDM architecture, data model, match/merge rules, workflows, and integrations
· Drive initiatives to onboard non-Salesforce customer data into the MDM platform
· Support initiatives involving Risk and related data domain integrations
· Lead customizations and country-specific rollouts for global member firms
· Provide technical leadership and mentor offshore teams as the program scales
· Collaborate with business stakeholders, integration teams, and downstream systems

Required Skills & Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in Master Data Management with strong hands-on Informatica MDM expertise
· Deep experience with Informatica MDM Hub, Match & Merge, IDD, workflows, and data modeling
· Proven experience supporting and stabilizing production MDM systems
· Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integration patterns
· Experience working with Salesforce-integrated MDM solutions is highly preferred
· Ability to lead technically in client-facing, fast-paced environments
