DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:

Overview

JTSi is seeking a Business Development Executive to support growth initiatives across GSA OASIS+, FAR-based federal contracts, and related government contracting opportunities. This role will focus on identifying and developing new federal business opportunities, strategic partnerships, staffing engagements, and consulting growth initiatives across civilian and defense agencies.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting federal government contracting environments, developing pipelines, and driving revenue growth through staffing, consulting, or technology services.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new federal business opportunities under FAR-based contract vehicles including GSA OASIS+
  • Build relationships with federal agencies, prime contractors, teaming partners, and subcontractors
  • Drive revenue growth through staffing, consulting, and solution-based opportunities
  • Support pipeline development, capture coordination, and opportunity qualification activities
  • Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align talent solutions with client needs
  • Support teaming agreements, subcontractor partnerships, and proposal development efforts
  • Track federal procurement trends, upcoming opportunities, and strategic contract vehicles
  • Participate in industry networking events, customer engagements, and partner meetings
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic federal growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 2 3+ years of experience in federal business development, staffing sales, capture support, or government consulting sales
  • Familiarity with FAR-based federal contracting environments
  • Experience supporting GSA, OASIS+, GWACs, BPAs, IDIQs, or related federal contract vehicles
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support revenue generation and pipeline growth
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships with federal agencies, primes, or government integrators
  • Experience supporting DoD, civilian agencies, or federal IT consulting environments
  • Familiarity with staffing, SAP, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, AI, or digital modernization programs
  • Experience supporting subcontracting partnerships and teaming arrangements
  • Understanding of federal procurement lifecycle and capture processes
