Job DescriptionAs the Senior Change Manager - Manhattan Active WMS/OMS Deployment, you will be responsible for leading and governing the change management strategy supporting this organizations multi-site deployment of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS across North America. You'll be responsible for:
- Change Management Strategy & Governance
- Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Alignment
- Communication Planning & Execution
- Training Coordination & Adoption Enablement
- Site Readiness & Go-Live Change Execution
- Post Go-Live Adoption & Continuous Improvement

The Successful ApplicantThe successful Senior Change Manager - Manhattan Active WMS/OMS Deployment will have the following experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field required.
- 7+ years of experience leading change management efforts in large-scale operational or IT transformation programs.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise technology deployments involving warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics process transformation.
- Experience supporting WMS and/or OMS deployments in a distribution, retail, e-commerce, or 3PL environment strongly preferred.
- Strong preference for experience with Manhattan Associates solutions, particularly Manhattan Active WMS and OMS.
- Experience supporting multi-site deployments and leading change management across geographically distributed operations required.

- Base Salary from $150k-$170k depending on experience
- Remote Working Schedule
