Job Description

As the Senior Change Manager - Manhattan Active WMS/OMS Deployment, you will be responsible for leading and governing the change management strategy supporting this organizations multi-site deployment of Manhattan Active WMS and OMS across North America. You'll be responsible for:

• Change Management Strategy & Governance
• Stakeholder Engagement & Organizational Alignment
• Communication Planning & Execution
• Training Coordination & Adoption Enablement
• Site Readiness & Go-Live Change Execution
• Post Go-Live Adoption & Continuous Improvement

The Successful Applicant

The successful Senior Change Manager - Manhattan Active WMS/OMS Deployment will have the following experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience leading change management efforts in large-scale operational or IT transformation programs.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise technology deployments involving warehouse operations, supply chain, or logistics process transformation.
• Experience supporting WMS and/or OMS deployments in a distribution, retail, e-commerce, or 3PL environment strongly preferred.
• Strong preference for experience with Manhattan Associates solutions, particularly Manhattan Active WMS and OMS.
• Experience supporting multi-site deployments and leading change management across geographically distributed operations required.

• Base Salary from $150k-$170k depending on experience
• Remote Working Schedule
