This individual designs, builds, and optimizes data pipelines and models across CRM, marketing platforms, and other enterprise systems to support personalization, analytics, and activation use cases.

This role contributes directly to campaign execution, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization by ensuring data is accessible, trusted, and ready for use across channels.

  • Translate business and marketing requirements into data attributes, metrics, and models that enable personalized engagement
  • Enable data activation and integrations across CRM, marketing automation platforms, and other enterprise applications
  • Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and refresh processes to improve data quality, reliability, and timeliness
  • Support advanced analytics and AI-driven use cases where appropriate
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, IT, compliance, and external vendors to deliver aligned data solutions
  • Clearly communicate data concepts, constraints, and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proactively identify data quality, integration, and modeling issues and drive them through resolution
  • Recommend and implement practical, scalable solutions to complex data challenges
  • Contribute to data standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Perform additional duties as required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or data platform roles supporting business users
  • Strong SQL skills for data transformation and analysis; experience with Python and/or ETL tools for automation and processing
  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms, cloud data architectures, and API-based integrations
  • Experience working with regulated or sensitive datasets, including customer or patient-level data
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM ecosystems is a plus
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and quality issues
  • Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners
