Title : Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:
Remote - Northeast Region
The Project Manager will oversee large-scale construction and installation projects under the Clean Green Schools Initiative (60+ projects, ~$290M in commitments). This role includes full lifecycle project management, stakeholder coordination, contractor oversight, reporting, and support for new program development in the P-12 school sector.
Key Responsibilities

Manage large, long-term construction projects from initiation through completion

Develop and manage contracts, scope, schedule, and budgets

Coordinate with schools, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

Resolve project issues and conflicts

Track project progress and prepare reports
-
Support development of RFPs and Program Opportunity Notices (PONs)

Conduct data analysis to improve program strategy and reporting

Manage contractor and stakeholder relationships
-
Recommend process and strategy improvements

Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaboration efforts

Education Requirement
Bachelor's degree in:
