Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience, specifically focused on Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) implementations. This role sits at the intersection of business operations and IT engineering, requiring a candidate who can navigate large-scale Agile programs and translate complex asset management workflows into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Discovery: Lead and contribute to epic and feature discovery sessions, identifying technical requirements and gaps within the Infor EAM ecosystem.
* Agile Execution: Operate within 3-month planning cycles and 2-week sprints, driving the delivery of software application features.
* Diagramming & Mapping: Create detailed Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and maintain complex Field-Level Mapping (FLM) spreadsheets.
* API & Integration: Utilize a foundational understanding of programming and strong knowledge of API standards, data formats (JSON/XML), and testing tools to ensure system connectivity.
* Stakeholder Bridge: Act as the primary technical liaison between Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Business Operations.
* Documentation: Produce high-quality technical documentation and business process manuals for cross-functional use.
Required Qualifications
* Experience: 10+ years in Technical Business Analysis/Application Delivery.
* Specialization: Hands-on technical experience with Infor EAM.
* Agile Mastery: Proven experience in large-scale Agile environments.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, API documentation, and data modeling.
* Desirable: Prior experience within the Health Insurance domain.
