Our client is looking for a Product Owner to join their team in the Chandler, AZ area for a long to contract. Candidates must be able to work on our W-2. Absolutely, NO C2C! Candidates MUST working onsite 3 days a week and 2 days remote.
Description:

The Internal Networks Product Enablement team focuses on enabling product teams through agile practices, tooling, and governance while delivering secure, scalable infrastructure products aligned to enterprise objectives.
Product Ownership Delivery Execution
Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog for Device Authentication Authorization capabilities.
Translate product strategy and roadmap into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals.
Drive end-to-end delivery of features and enhancements aligned to business outcomes and infrastructure objectives.
Ensure delivery teams are building high-quality, value-driven solutions aligned to customer needs and enterprise standards.
Stakeholder Engagement Alignment
Collaborate with Product Managers, Architecture, Engineering, Risk, and Operations stakeholders to align vision and execution priorities.
Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and program increment planning sessions.
Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Requirements Lifecycle Management
Define and manage both business ("what") and technical ("how") requirements for DAA solutions.
Ensure solutions align with architecture standards, security requirements, and infrastructure capabilities.
Support lifecycle management, including enhancements, decommissioning, and technical debt reduction.
Maintain traceability from requirements through delivery and operationalization.
Agile Execution Product Enablement
Champion Agile practices and drive adoption of consistent delivery frameworks across teams.
Enable predictable delivery through backlog hygiene, prioritization discipline, and dependency management.
Partner with Product Enablement functions to improve throughput, quality, and alignment to enterprise objectives.
Support continuous improvement through retrospectives and performance metrics.
Risk, Compliance Security
Ensure DAA capabilities meet enterprise security, regulatory, and compliance standards.
Partner with risk and control teams to identify, assess, and mitigate technology and operational risks.
Embed security-by-design and zero trust principles into product delivery.
Technology Domain Focus
Drive development and enhancement of Device Authentication Authorization solutions across:
On-premise and remote device authentication
Privileged access and secure network access
Untrusted/captive network handling
Secure network access (SNA) and related services
5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Agile delivery, or Infrastructure product management.
Strong understanding of network infrastructure, identity, and access management (IAM), or security technologies.
Proven experience managing product backlogs and delivering complex technical solutions.
Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with cross-functional teams.
Experience in Device Authentication, Authorization, or Network Security domains.
Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture, secure access frameworks, and authentication protocols.
Prior experience in Core Technology Infrastructure or Network Services environments.
Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.24 - $70.24/hr.
