Job Title: Oracle ERP Cutover Lead

Location: Remote+ Travel

Duration: 6 months+

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cutover Lead to manage and execute end-to-end cutover activities for Oracle ERP implementations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all cutover tasks to ensure a smooth transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP with minimal business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of the overall cutover strategy and plan for Oracle ERP implementations
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Functional, Technical, Data Migration, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders
Define detailed cutover runbooks, timelines, and task dependencies
Manage mock cutovers and rehearsals to ensure readiness for go-live
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies related to cutover activities and drive mitigation plans
Oversee data migration activities, including validation and reconciliation
Ensure all pre-cutover and post-cutover tasks are completed within defined timelines
Act as the central point of contact during the cutover window and manage command center activities
Track and report cutover progress, status, and issues to leadership
Ensure alignment with project governance, change management, and release management processes
Collaborate with testing teams to validate system readiness before go-live
Support hypercare phase post go-live for issue resolution and stabilization

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in ERP implementations, with at least 2 3 full lifecycle Oracle ERP Cloud
Proven experience as a Cutover Lead or similar role in large-scale ERP programs
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, etc.)
Experience in cutover planning, execution, and environment readiness
Familiarity with data migration tools and reconciliation processes
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage high-pressure go-live environments and tight deadlines
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) implementations
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
Experience with tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet
Knowledge of ITIL processes and release management
